    Each Rib slab is handmade by Chef Mal, has to be frozen, and properly packaged. A 3 day process after order is rcieced. please allow 14-21 days for shipping depening on location. These are not something that can be rushed. you are paying for 2 day shipping because once packaged in insulated cooler with ice packs etc orders must arrive to you cold. thanks the support and please be patient.
